Bookings are available for afternoon tea celebrations, Devonshire teas, high tea, lunch or get togethers requiring coffee and cake.

Bookings can be made for group afternoon teas or special occasions for up to 60 persons.

Birchwood can provide a restful and attractive garden setting for organised group visits, Birthdays, High Tea, Anniversaries, Re-commitment Ceremonies or the pre-wedding get together.

  • Choose from scones, sponges, quiche, decadent brownies, sandwiches, delicious slices and savoury or sweet tarts.

  • Pricing: Catering: Afternoon/Morning Tea or Lunch ranging from $15 p.p. to $60 p.p. for a deluxe High Tea. Birchwood is ready to cater for groups of up to 30. We subcontract when numbers are greater than 30.

  • Pricing is subject to guests’ specific choices.

  • Bookings must be a minimum of 10 working days in advance. Allergies catered for with adequate notice. 50% deposit paid.

  • COVID 19 restrictions apply. Bookings available from October 1 2020.
